Many Roamight eSIMs let you share data with other devices via a Wi-Fi connection. We suggest you read the Technical Specs of the eSIM you are thinking of buying to check if the plan includes the option to share data. If you are able to do so, you only need to activate the hotspot to use it.

Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Personal Hotspot and allow others to connect.

You can also set up a password for this network from here. When travelling, always remember to set up your eSIM correctly first. In other words, first use your mobile data to confirm that you are only using your eSIM data plan. Your iPhone will use the network you have set up for mobile data by default when sharing data.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet Tap Wi-Fi Hotspot / Connection Sharing and activate your hotspot. You can also set up a password for this network from here, as well as change the name of your hotspot if you feel like it.
